Second Marking period

11-    For this assignment I had to create a poster for the Club i joined. To do this i used the program Photoshop. With Photoshop's capabilities I was ale to create a retro design of a Taekwondo poster. For this assignment I used gradient tool and the text tool. Altogether I was able to create my own poster for my club.

12-    For this assignment i had to create  a suit with a pattern. We were leaning to combine a pattern of any kind with an image. To do this I used Photoshop with its basic tools. the basic tool to do this was magnetic lasso and clipped masked the texture onto the suit.  . After that I opened the pattern and mixed it with the  pattern. Overall, I created what I call the "Money Suit".

13-      For this assignment i used Photoshop to mimic a poster. I had to make something bad a healthy thing.  In my case i turned koolaid into water. This poster was a mimic of NYC food bank campaign. 

-14A       For this assignment  i used Photoshop to combine a flag with a brick wall. I used the Puerto Rican flag and a brick wall of my  choosing  to combine the two and make it seem like the flag is painted on the wall. This effect is done by using  the displacement filter which copied the texture of the brick wall onto the flag.

14B-        For this assignment i did basically the same thing as assignment 14a but  instead of a brick wall i put the flag on my face.

 15-       For this assignment i basically had to take a image and make it look like it's moving. This was a basic assignment done using Photoshop. In my case i used a jet and i blurred out the background via Smart

filter. In a smart filter i am able to use parts to alter or erase parts of the filter itself.

16-        For this assignment i had to quick mask an image. Basically i took a picture from the internet and i colored a girl's hair into a color of my choosing by masking the hair and then inverted to protect the area outside of the masking area. Then i apply a red color layer in 30% opacity. 

17-        For this assignment i had to take someone of my choosing and soft filter their skin. I basically softened a girl's skin so that she looks younger  then how she really is. I also used a layer mask to filter her skin.

18-          For this assignment i had to create a flash drive using adobe illustrator. I did this by using gradient and shapes. I did this also using layers of shapes on top of each other to create a 3-d effect. With all of this i then created a flash drive.

19a-            For this assignment i basically used adobe illustrator to draw out my last name using lines and shapes. 

19b-      For this assignment i was preparing for my test in creating a part for it. For this i created shapes and used path finder, divide, and minus front functions.

20-           For this assignment i used adobe illustrator to create a wireless phone. (day one) made the body of the phone using the rounded corner and gradient sliders to create the desired effect  (day 2) I had to create a glass glare using the minus front to isolate the glare -simply a 20% white color over  the phone screen.(day 3) I created a shape and used path finder, divide, and the minus front  functions to create control buttons for the phone. (day 4) i created a number key pad using round corner shape tool along with layers to create a 3-d representation of a button. The additional buttons were simply copy and paste. (day 5) Lastly i added the speaker and the microphone piece  by using the mesh tool to create the speaker along with shapes.
